What are the office hours?
Currently we are open Monday-Friday 10:00am until 6:00 pm, Saturday we are open from 10:00am-4:00pm and Sunday from 1:00pm-5:00pm.
Where is Campus Lodge located?
We are located at 1800 Beaumont Dr. Norman, OK 73071 - just northeast of 12th and East Lindsey. From the corner of 12th and East Lindsey, you will continue to head East on Lindsey and take a left at the following stop light onto Biloxi St. You will follow Biloxi St to a 3 way stop, (at this stop sign Biloxi St. turns into Beaumont St) and you will continue to head straight. You will go around a slight curve; Campus Lodge is located on the right hand side.

What floor plans do you offer?
Campus Lodge offers four bedroom, four bathroom apartments leased individually by the bedroom.
What does Individual lease mean?
At Campus Lodge we lease all of our bedrooms on an individual lease basis. This means that each bedroom in an apartment has a separate lease agreement, making each resident responsible only for their own rent. You are not responsible for the rent of the other residents in the apartment.
What if I don’t have 3 other people to sign up to live with me?
If you do not already have roommates in mind, we offer roommate matching. All residents will fill out a roommate matching profile which will provide us with information about your academic habits, lifestyle, hobbies, etc. This information is considered when matching potential roommates.
How close to campus are you?
We are just less than 2 miles from the University of Oklahoma. We are approximately 30 minutes away from Rose State College, about 35 minutes away from OUHSC, and OCU is approximately a 45 minute drive from Campus Lodge.
Is there a bus available?
Yes, we are located on the OU cart route which is free to OU students. This bus travels all over Norman to many different destinations including the OU campus.
What utilities are included?
At Campus Lodge we include all of your utilities. You will pay your monthly rent and that will include: your fully furnished apartment, water, sewage, trash, monthly pest control service, expanded basic cable, high speed internet, and electric allotment ($40 per occupied bedroom).
Do I need a guarantor to sign a lease?
Not necessarily. To sign a lease on your own, without a guarantor/co-signor, you would need to provide proof of income that exceeds three times the monthly rent and have a credit score that is 550 or above with no major credit issues. As well as 12 months of a rental record left in good standing. In the event that you are not approved on your own, then you have the option of approval based on a guarantor/co-signor OR approval via security deposit.
Guarantor/co-signor qualifications require a credit score of 550 or above with no major credit issues and an income of at least 3 times the monthly rent amount.
What Furniture is included in the apartment and what size are the beds?
In your living room there will be a sofa, loveseat chair, coffee table, entertainment center with TV, and a kitchen table with 2 dining chairs. In your bedroom there will be a full size bed (frame, box spring and mattress), a chest of drawers, nightstand, desk and a chair. All major appliances are included; dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven/stove, garbage disposal, and a full size washer and dryer.
Do the apartments have alarm systems?
Yes, every apartment contains an intrusion alert system which can be armed. Residents have the ability to sign up with a local alarm company to have their alarm monitored. The cost of the monitoring service would be the responsibility of the residents.
Can I pay rent online?
Yes. Payments are accepted through rentpayment.com which is an independent website where payments can be made using e-checks, debit cards, or credit cards. You are able to set up a one-time payment or recurring payments, the choice is yours. Residents have an additional online payment option on the Campus Lodge resident portal, where you have the same options of payment methods.
Where do I get my mail?
Your mail will be available at the mail center located in the center of the property where you also have access to an outgoing mail slot.
Are there apartment inspections?
There may be periodic inspections which will be announced prior. The purpose for these inspections is to determine general apartment condition. Additionally, quarterly filter changes, annual fire extinguisher inspections, and alarm equipment testing may be conducted as well.
What kind of rules are there?
Our Rules and Regulations are very similar to all apartment communities around the country. We are not affiliated with the university, and therefore the rules that may have been in place in a dormitory may not apply with our community. Our community rules and guidelines are clearly outlined in our lease documents. Please ask us if you would like a copy of this document sent to you.
Do you have insurance if my apartment is in a fire, flood, or other natural disaster?
Damages to personal belongings are not covered under apartment lease agreements. We strongly recommend that all residents purchase renters insurance from their local agency to cover any losses from such causes. This normally is relatively inexpensive (as low as $20/month), and can be found locally as well as nationally.
What if I need maintenance in my apartment?
Campus Lodge will provide maintenance for problems that may arise in your apartment home or bedroom during our regular office hours such as repairs to your heating and air conditioning, plumbing repairs, repairs to locks and latches, repair of smoke detectors and replacement of air filters, etc. To arrange for maintenance residents may 1) come in to the management office and tell us about the maintenance issue, 2) call the management office and request the service, 3) email us the details of the service request at campuslodge@colliercompanies.com. At Campus Lodge we take pride in our maintenance and our goal is to respond to each request within 24 hours. We also offer emergency maintenance after hours for issues such as, water leaks, and heating and air conditioning issues during extreme temperatures.
What forms of payment are acceptable for rent?
You may pay with personal check, cashier’s check, money order or online via rentpayment.com. We do not accept cash.
What do I pay on move-in day? When is rent due?
Since Campus Lodge leases are on an installment schedule, the total rent will be broken down into monthly installments - requiring a full months’ rent for the first and lasts months’ rent. Payments for the first month’s rent are not due until the day the lease starts, however for every other month rent is due on the 1st. Rent is due each month on the 1st day of the month (regardless of holidays or the day of the week). There is a grace period until Midnight on the 2nd of each month. On the 3rd of the month there will be a late fee assessed.
Can I pay my rent early?
Absolutely, rent can be paid in advance at any time. It is common for residents to pay each semester up front or even the full lease term.
Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets.
What if during the year, my roommates and I do not get along?
If necessary, management may facilitate a mediation session between the residents to help resolve issues. If this does not resolve the issues, then residents may transfer with a transfer fee, please see housing contract for additional information on transferring.
Do you have community events?
Yes we do! A few of our past events have included, BBQ’s by the pool, 3 on 3 basketball tournaments, resident breakfasts, popsicle socials, Halloween parties, Cinco de Mayo parties and more! Last year’s community contests for prizes included, best costume, pumpkin decorating, food drives, blood drives and many others.
Does the office accept packages?
Yes we do! USPS will either place your package in one of the parcel lockers and leave a key in your mailbox or leave a slip in your mailbox notifying you that a package is waiting for you in the office. UPS and Fed-Ex will try to deliver your package to your apartment first. If you are not available, they will leave a notice for you to come pick it up in the office.
What if I need to break my lease?
Campus Lodge does not have a buy-out clause or cancellation fee. Our policy on breaking the lease requires the resident to furnish a suitable replacement who meets all of Campus Lodge’s qualifications and requirements prior to the lease assignment (be sure to check with the management office for all associated fees and qualifications).
What if we go over on our electric bill?
Each resident is given a $40 allotment that is applied towards your bill. Therefore, in a fully occupied apartment, we give you $160 towards your electric bill for the month. If you exceed that amount, the bill is divided evenly between each resident and placed on your account to be paid with your following months’ rent. An overage bill will be sent to the door notifying you of the balance.
How do I use the tanning bed and does it cost extra?
Use of the tanning bed is an amenity that Campus Lodge currently offers at no additional cost to you. Simply come into the office during normal business hours and sign in. We will give you access to the stand-up bed, turn on the bed for you and you are all set!
Who owns Campus Lodge?
Campus Lodge is owned and managed by The Collier Companies. The Collier Companies is the largest owner/manager of apartment communities in north central Florida, headquartered in Gainesville, Florida.
